People buy your vouchers by browsing your microsite and selecting their choice.
eVoucher is delivered instantly to the recipient/purchaser via email. Postal voucher orders placed on a working day (Monday - Friday,) before 12 noon will be despatched the same day. Postal orders placed after 12 noon will be dispatched the next working day. There is no postal order dispatches on bank holidays or weekends. Please note that Brookfield GVM doesn’t take responsibility for delays caused by postal system. Please allow 7 working days for the delivery during the festive days.
An automatic email with a Gift Voucher will be sent to the recipient as soon as the transaction is completed.
You can redeem Gift Vouchers by logging in to your Gift Voucher Manager account or by scanning a unique voucher QR code.
If customer contacts you please direct them to our support team on team@giftvouchermanager.co.uk. As this is a system generated email it may go to the recipient's junk /spam email folder. Please advise your customer to check that before getting in touch with us.
Once the purchase is made you will receive a system generated notification with the purchase information.
Once the Internet Merchant ID application is complete you could be ready to sell gift vouchers in 5 working days.
The minimum contract time is 12 months. One month cancelation notice is required.
Our team will work with you to create the design and the look of your vouchers.
Yes you can set the start date and the expiry date. Maximum voucher validly is 12 months.
If the refund is requested we will notify you. It will be your decision if you wish to process the refund.
Gift Voucher system is free. Brookfield GVM works on the commission basis. Please contact us for more details.
